What floors in Luz go through
- Sand. Being this close to the beach means fine sand comes in on feet, towels and bags every day. Underfoot it works like sandpaper on the surface and settles in the grout.
- Pool and terrace traffic. Wet feet from the pool carry chlorinated water and sun cream across the floor near the terrace doors. That area is usually the greyest.
- Changeover cleaning. Weekly turnaround cleaning keeps a holiday home presentable, but mop and bucket over a whole season leaves residue and grey grout.
- Two generations of floors. Older villas often have glazed ceramic with wide joints; renovated ones large-format porcelain. We clean both: ceramic and porcelain.
Working with owners abroad and key holders
- Photos can come from anyone. Your cleaner or property manager can take the three photos and send them.
- No need to be there. We arrange access with the key holder and let you know when the job is done.
- Between bookings. Give us the gap in the calendar. Before the season or after the summer run is ideal.
- Several properties? If you manage more than one in Luz, see property managers.
