Floor cleaning in Alvor

Alvor is two places in one: the old fishing village around the church and down to the estuary, and the beach side with its apartment buildings and resort complexes. The floors, and the access, are different in each. €15/m².

Village houses

The houses in the old village are small and close together, on streets that slope down to the waterfront. Floors are often older glazed ceramic, sometimes laid in several rooms with different tiles. Narrow streets mean we may park a little way off and carry the equipment in; tell us where the nearest stop is. More on ceramic floor cleaning.

Beach apartments and resort complexes

Along the beach side, holiday apartments see a lot of sand and a lot of guests. Typical problems are grey grout, a dull film from changeover mopping, and dark areas by the balcony door. For complexes, tell us about the building: lift, service entrance, parking, and whether the management has set working hours. If you manage several apartments, see property managers.

Restaurants by the estuary

The riverside restaurants and the bars in the village have the classic kitchen-and-terrace-door problem: grease in the kitchen, sand and traffic at the front. Heavily used restaurant floors are priced in the heavy-use band (€20/m²) and planned around your service. See restaurant floor cleaning.

Price in Alvor

€15/m², +€2/m² for very dirty floors, +€5/m² for extremely dirty, heavy-use floors. Minimum job 50 m² (€750). A 60 m² holiday apartment at the base rate is €900.

For holiday-let apartments and villas between seasons, see villa and apartment floor cleaning.

Holiday-let terraces and pool surrounds get the same machine clean: terrace and patio tile cleaning.
