How it works
Mopping moves dirt around. The machine takes it out.
- Photos and priceThree photos by email or the form. We reply with a clear €/m² price.
- Pre-treatWe vacuum, then apply chemistry chosen for the dirt and the tile, and give it time to work.
- Machine scrubA low-speed rotary machine with the right pad or brush works the surface and grout lines. Edges by hand.
- Rinse and extractThe dirty solution is vacuumed up and the floor rinsed, so the dirt leaves the house instead of drying back in.

Questions people ask first
Is it really €15/m²?
Yes. €15 per m² is the flat rate for a machine deep clean of ceramic or porcelain, grout lines included. If the floor needs an extra pass it is +€2/m² for very dirty floors or +€5/m² for extremely dirty, heavy-use floors such as busy restaurants. You see which one applies in your quote, before we come.
What is the minimum job?
50 m², which is €750 at the base rate. Below that, setting up the machine, chemistry and wet vacuum doesn’t make sense for either of us.
Will my floor look new?
It will look clean: dirt, film and soiled grout come out. What we can’t fix is damage: chips, cracks, worn or etched glaze, scratches, and grout that is stained right through. We tell you from the photos what to expect.
How long does it take?
A typical 80 m² floor is one working day. The floor is rinsed and extracted, so it is usually dry and walkable the same evening.
Do I need to move the furniture?
Clear the small things. We move sofas and tables and put them back. If something can’t be moved, tell us and we work around it.
Is it safe for children and pets?
The chemistry is matched to the floor and the dirty solution is rinsed and vacuumed out, so no cleaning residue is left on the surface.
How do I pay, and does the quote stand?
Bank transfer or cash when the job is done. The quote stands if the floor matches the photos; we only re-quote before we start if the size, access or condition is clearly different.
