Which three photos?
- Wide. Stand in a doorway or corner and get as much of the floor in as you can.
- Worst. A close-up of the dirtiest area and its grout, in daylight if possible.
- Access. The front door, stairs or lift, and anything we’d have to work around.
Phone photos are perfect. No need to tidy first.
What happens next
- We look at the floor type, condition and access in your photos.
- You get a price by email: m² × rate, and whether an extra pass is needed.
- You pick a date. The quote stands if the floor matches the photos.
- We clean, rinse and extract; you pay by bank transfer or cash when it’s done.
